A transport museum in Bratislava with a large collection classic cars and also some motorcycles.

The branch of the Slovak Technical Museum Košice - Museum of Transport in Bratislava is a complex museum of transport, t. j. permanent exposure of road and rail means of transport. It consists of four exhibitions:

History of road transport
Development of railway technology in Slovakia - track
Milestones in Slovak motoring in the second half of the 20th century.
Development of railway signaling and communication technology
The Museum of Transport presents the historical development of road and rail transport in Slovakia. It is located in the area of ​​the track and adjacent warehouses of the First Bratislava Steam Engine Station from the middle of the 19th century.

The expositions of the railway branches of track management, communication, signaling and security technology are dominated by the diorama of the transport office. On the track field with a collection of hand tools for maintenance of the track surface, a light hand wooden handcar and a Tatra T 15/52 (1947) motor passenger handcar are displayed. This is followed by a "lamp shop" and a collection of bell lights, especially Schönbach's signal.

In the exposition of road transport, our attention is drawn to historic bicycles, a Ariel motor tricycle and three motorcycles. Czech Republic - Böhmerland. Cars Tatra, Škoda, Praga, Aero and Jawa present the interwar Czechoslovak production. The Fiat brand is represented by the 500 and Topolino, while the Mercedes-Benz brand is presented by the 320 Roadster (1937). The Praga brand is represented by the unique 6-cylinder Praga Golden (1937).

The exhibition is complemented by motorcycles of domestic and foreign brands. At the entrance to the Exhibition of Road Vehicles after the Second World War, there is a diorama of the ruins of the city with military vehicles of German or American production. In this hall, it is used for the exhibition of small road vehicles manufactured after the Second World War. And that mark. Skoda, which are represented by types Popular, 1101 Tudor, Octavia, Octavia combi, 1100 MBX, 1100, 100, and even newer than Garde or Favorit. The part of the hall presents the development of vehicles in the Bratislava car plant BAZ in Bratislava at the end of the 20th century, of which there are e.g. MNA 1000, MNA 900, Mibra 2000 as an ambulance.
