The museum is in the old quarters of Ankara known as historic Atpazarı, facing the Ankara Citadel.

On exhibit in this gallery are rare examples of some of the vehicles that have played a key role in the development of road transportation since the beginning of the 19th century including horse carriages, hansom cabs, strollers, bicycles, motorcycles, agricultural vehicles, classic automobiles, automobile models, fire engines, and steam cars.

The Ural Classic Car Museum, which is full of classics that have become milestones in automobile history, has been serving at its address in Tarabya since 2000.
