The idea of preserving the technical, cultural and movable heritage emerged in 2007.

It was then that the search for a suitable location began to show how our ancestors once lived, and with which tools and tools they have made life easier in the countryside.
After a few years of searching, the association was offered the opportunity to buy Domanjko's homestead in 2014 Bolehnečičih 11. After the first viewing, there was so much excitement that she just bought it and the same year began with renovation work and redevelopment of the premises.
For its purpose, the museum was ceremoniously opened on 02.09.2017.

The museum takes care of organized guided tours.

There is also a large collection of vintage vehicles, tractors, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, ...
In the Museum there are basements in which a wine shop is exhibited.
