Deutsches Zweirad- und NSU-Museum Deutsches Zweirad- und NSU-Museum

With selected exhibits, the NSU Museum shows the development of one of the most successful motorcycle manufacturers in the world.

The world's largest NSU collection begins with the first high-speed bikes and safety bikes, shows the legendary “Pfeil” bike and then presents the entire motorcycle development. NSU was the largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world in the 1950s. The successful hits Lambretta, Max, Fox and Quickly are presented accordingly in the exhibition.

Racesport
NSU motorcycles for racing and off-road sport achieved world championship titles and world records. In the exhibition you can see them in the backdrops of their time.

Auto with Wankelmotor
In addition, NSU cars can be admired, such as B. the prince or the brawny NSU-TT racing cars. The highlights of the exhibition are the Spider and Ro 80 vehicles, equipped with the then sensational Wankel engine. Both cars were showered with awards, but could not stop the series' economic decline. They are still an eye-catcher - see for yourself.
