Husqvarna Fabriksmuseum Husqvarna Fabriksmuseum

Motorcycles have been one of the products that have given Husqvarna a world name.

In 1903, the first engine bicycles (bicycles with a Belgian single-cylinder engine) were made, which were developed into utility and competition machines. Countless are the victories that have been brought home. 13 international world champions in motocross have taken their victories on "Qvarnorna". Deliveries to the army began as early as 1916. The last was the "Automaten" in 1981. In 1986, Husqvarna's motorcycle production was sold to Italian Cagiva, which continues to manufacture motorcycles under the name Husqvarna. At present, the manufacturer is called Husqvarna Motorcycles GmbH and is owned by Pierer Industrie AG, with both development and production in Austria.

The museum has manufacturing facilities for Husqvarna motorcycles from 1913 until the closure in Ödeshög in 1987. For a fee, you can here, for almost all models, get information about frame number, engine number, date of manufacture and in some cases also to whom the motorcycle was delivered. In order for us to be able to carry out an investigation, it is required that you have either the frame or engine number.
